This batch of skeleton semi trailers adopts high-strength Q345 steel main beams, standard 13-ton FUWA axles and reinforced mechanical suspension, complying with Chile’s legal total gross weight limit of 44 tons. We equipped 12 sets of retractable ISO twist locks, WABCO dual-circuit braking system and full electrophoretic anti-rust coating to resist rain and salt corrosion. All 24V lighting, reflective markings and tire parameters meet local traffic inspection standards without secondary modification. After 26 days of standardized production and full load torsion testing, we completed RoRo shipment bound for San Antonio Port, with complete FORM F certificate, factory inspection reports and full set of customs clearance documents delivered together.
