This batch of container chassis trailers is specially manufactured for Indonesia’s booming port logistics, inter-island freight and import-export transportation industry, widely applied to haul 20ft and 40ft standard shipping containers between Tanjung Priok Port, Surabaya terminals and inland industrial warehouses across Java, Sumatra and Kalimantan.
This 3 axle skeleton semi trailer is upgraded to fit Indonesia’s hot, humid tropical coastal climate and bumpy intercity roads. The main beam adopts high-strength Q345 wear-resistant steel, fully welded by automatic robotic production lines to avoid frame deformation under 40-ton full loads. The full electrophoresis anti-corrosion coating effectively resists salt spray and heavy rain rust, greatly extending service life in Indonesia’s humid marine environment. Equipped with three FUWA 13-ton axles, WABCO ABS braking system and durable container twist locks, the trailer fully meets Indonesia’s official axle load and safety transport standards set by the Ministry of Transportation.
Before mass shipment, the Indonesian client visited our automated production workshops to inspect welding lines, electrophoresis coating equipment and finished sample chassis trailers. All technical parameters, payload and anti-rust performance passed strict pre-shipment inspection to match local long-distance port haulage demands. After waterproof seaworthy packaging, all skeleton trailers were loaded and shipped to Jakarta Tanjung Priok Port for daily container logistics operation.
