Our 3 axle flatbed semi trailer is upgraded specially for Saudi’s harsh high-temperature desert and coastal salt-spray environment. The main beam adopts T700 high-tensile steel, fully welded by robotic production lines to avoid deformation under 60-ton heavy loads. Full electrophoresis anti-corrosion coating effectively resists rust caused by intense UV radiation and sea salt, extending service life greatly in Gulf climate. Equipped with FUWA brand three axles, WABCO ABS braking system and heat-resistant desert tires, the trailer passes strict SASO certification to meet Saudi local road transport standards smoothly.
Before mass delivery, the Saudi client visited our factory to inspect automated welding workshops, electrophoresis coating lines and finished sample trailers. They confirmed all technical parameters, payload and anti-corrosion performance match their long-haul transport demands. After complete pre-shipment inspection and seawater-proof packaging, all flatbed trailers were loaded and shipped to Jeddah Islamic Port for local fleet operation.
