A high-ranking delegation from Libya’s leading logistics firm recently visited มณฑลซานตงจิ่วโจวออโตโมบิลแมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง จำกัด in China to explore collaboration on customized side-tipper semi-trailers. The discussions focused on meeting Libya’s urgent demand for efficient bulk cargo transport, particularly for mining, construction, and agricultural sectors.
During the visit, the Libyan team inspected Jiuzhou’s 12-meter side-tipper models, designed with reinforced steel frames and hydraulic tipping systems capable of unloading 60 tons of material in under 30 seconds. The trailers’ anti-corrosion coatings and desert-ready tires were highlighted as critical for Libya’s harsh operating environments, where temperatures often exceed 50°C and roads are unpaved.
Both parties agreed to co-develop a Libya-specific variant, incorporating extended side panels for larger payloads and dual-language control panels for operator ease. Jiuzhou also committed to providing on-site training and a 3-year warranty, addressing concerns about after-sales support in remote regions.
