The customer signed a purchase order for a batch of two-axle container skeletal trailers following the visit.
The two-axle configuration offers a lighter tare weight and lower acquisition cost than three-axle models, making it suitable for regional and short-haul container transport. Balanced weight distribution across both axles reduces tire wear and fuel consumption.
The trailer frame uses one-piece high-strength steel with a four-layer pretreatment and painting process designed to resist coastal salt spray, humidity, and prolonged sun exposure. Reinforced crossbeams are spaced to distribute the load of a fully loaded 40-foot container, reducing bending and stress cracking common in multi-section welded frames.
The mechanical suspension system adapts to uneven terrain, limiting container movement during transport. The rotary locks comply with ISO standards and are designed for one-handed operation. Hardened steel locking pins and safety latches prevent accidental unlocking. Landing gear is forged steel with anti-slip pads, adjustable via hand crank without additional tools.
