Recently, we successfully shipped a batch of skeletal container trailers to our long-term Vietnamese customer via container shipping, marking the smooth completion of our quarterly cooperation. The customer, a well-known logistics company in Ho Chi Minh City, specializes in inland container transportation and has maintained a 3-year cooperative relationship with us, relying on our high-quality products and professional shipping services.
Before shipment, our team fully communicated with the customer to confirm the product requirements: 3-axle skeletal container trailers with a load capacity of 60 tons, suitable for 40ft standard containers, and compliant with Vietnam’s QCVN technical standards and CR certification. We strictly inspected each trailer, focusing on the frame structure, axle performance and locking device, and then packed the trailers into standard shipping containers to ensure they are protected from damage during long-distance transportation.
Considering the customer’s urgent demand for logistics operations, we chose container shipping combined with land transportation: first, the skeletal trailers were loaded into shipping containers at our Qingdao factory, then transported to the port of Ho Chi Minh City via sea freight, and finally delivered to the customer’s warehouse through inland transportation after customs clearance.
Our professional logistics team sorted out all necessary documents in advance, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, FORM E certificate and Vietnamese version technical manual, ensuring smooth customs clearance without delays. On the shipment day, we carefully loaded the packed skeletal trailers into shipping containers, fixed them with locking pins and waterproof tarps, and conducted a final inspection to ensure no problems during transportation.
After 7 days of safe transit, the shipping containers carrying the skeletal trailers arrived at the port of Ho Chi Minh City smoothly. The customer conducted a full inspection and highly recognized the product quality and our efficient container shipping service, confirming that the goods were consistent with the order requirements and intact.
This successful shipment not only strengthens our cooperative relationship with the Vietnamese customer but also lays a solid foundation for our further market expansion in Vietnam.
