It adopts 16Mn high-strength steel, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 25 tons, which fully matches the weight requirements of large stone blocks (such as granite and limestone) in Congo’s mining areas.

The side cargo bars are thickened to 5mm and welded with triangular brackets to prevent deformation caused by stone collision. For anti-corrosion treatment: the entire trailer is sprayed with anti-rust paint that resists rainforest humidity, avoiding frame rust caused by Congo’s rainforest climate and preventing impacts on service life.

The trailer floor is paved with diamond-shaped anti-slip plates to prevent stones from sliding during transportation on bumpy mining roads commonly seen in regions like Katanga Province.
