Recently, a batch of JOZOTG low-bed semi-trailers customized for Senegal’s infrastructure construction needs has completed port clearance in Dakar and been officially handed over to local partners. This shipment marks JOZOTG’s in-depth layout in West Africa’s heavy-duty transportation sector, providing a reliable equipment solution for Senegal’s ongoing road construction, bridge renovation and mining development projects.

The delivered low-bed semi-trailers are engineered with a Baosteel 590MPa high-strength steel main beam, reinforced by robotic welding + CO₂ gas shielded welding technology. This dual welding process ensures the frame has excellent load-bearing capacity and structural stability, capable of safely transporting large construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers and road rollers with a maximum payload of 60 tons—fully meeting the heavy-load requirements of Senegal’s infrastructure projects.
To adapt to Senegal’s diverse terrain, including rural gravel roads and coastal muddy areas, the trailers are equipped with heavy-duty multi-axle suspension systems that achieve uniform load distribution, effectively reducing tire wear and improving driving stability on uneven roads. The electrophoresis + electrostatic powder coating dual anti-corrosion system provides over 1000 hours of salt spray resistance, which can resist corrosion from coastal salt mist and inland dust, significantly extending the service life of the trailers in Senegal’s hot and humid climate.

In addition, the low-bed design features a hydraulic lifting platform with precise control, enabling convenient loading and unloading of large equipment without the need for additional lifting tools—greatly improving operational efficiency at remote construction sites. Local construction contractors stated that the arrival of these low-bed semi-trailers will effectively solve the transportation bottleneck of large construction machinery, accelerating the progress of regional infrastructure projects.
JOZOTG will also provide localized after-sales support through its regional service network, including free maintenance guidance within 6 months and timely supply of spare parts, to ensure the stable operation of the trailers. This shipment not only demonstrates JOZOTG’s professional strength in customizing semi-trailers for African markets but also contributes to the development of Senegal’s transportation and infrastructure industries.
