Our company has recently dispatched a batch of customized 100-ton low-bed semi-trailers to Dakar Port, Senegal, specifically engineered for local agricultural mechanization and infrastructure development projects. Featuring a robust 3-axle high-strength steel chassis, the trailers deliver a maximum payload capacity of 100 tons, enabling efficient transportation of 80-140 HP tractors, large harvesters, and construction cranes while meeting the demanding heavy-duty requirements of West Africa’s challenging road conditions.

The low-bed design reduces loading height to 1.2 meters, complemented by a 13-meter extended cargo deck and detachable side rails to facilitate rapid forklift loading/unloading. Its mechanical suspension system and 16-ton FUWA axles ensure exceptional stability under full load, adapting seamlessly to Senegal’s rugged rural roads. The dual-axle steering configuration minimizes turning radius by 30%, enhancing maneuverability in confined agricultural fields or construction sites. For enhanced safety, ABS anti-lock braking and dual-caliper disc brakes reduce stopping distance by 1-2 meters, securing long-haul transport reliability.

In a recent application, these trailers successfully relocated 200 YTO tractors procured by Senegal’s Ministry of Agriculture across an 800-km route with zero equipment damage, directly supporting the expansion of peanut cultivation to 1.25 million hectares. Looking aheHubungi Kamiad, the model will serve China-Senegal joint industrial parks, providing cost-effective transportation solutions for equipment from XCMG, Sany Heavy Industry, and other manufacturers, thereby accelerating regional infrastructure development efficiency.
