The main beam is constructed from 16Mn high-strength structural steel, combined with a reinforced 3-axle configuration (fitted with heavy-duty leaf spring suspensions). This design enables stable load-bearing capacity of up to 80 tons, which fully meets the weight requirements of mining equipment in Guinea, including 200-series excavators and large-sized road rollers.

The trailer bed height is adjustable (with a minimum height of 80cm), facilitating the easy loading and unloading of tall machinery via ramps—no additional hoisting equipment is required. This effectively addresses the pain point of “difficult machinery handling” at construction and mining sites in Guinea.

The entire trailer body is coated with anti-rust paint that resists tropical rainfall and high humidity. This prevents frame rust caused by frequent precipitation in coastal areas like Conakry, extending the trailers service life by 30%.
