A batch of 3-axle stake semi-trailers specially designed for bulk cargo transportation has been smoothly shipped to Nigeria, which is expected to optimize the local bulk logistics network and improve transportation efficiency for goods such as grains, fertilizers and construction aggregates. These trailers are manufactured in strict accordance with African transportation standards, with excellent durability and adaptability to cope with Nigeria’s complex road conditions.

Core configurations feature heavy-duty Q355B high-strength steel main beams (550mm height) and detachable high-strength stake boards (height 1.8m), providing flexible loading space for different types of bulk cargo. The trailer is equipped with 3 sets of BPW axles matched with 10-layer leaf spring suspension, ensuring stable operation even on uneven rural roads in Nigeria. Additionally, the anti-slip checker plate deck and reinforced side rails effectively prevent cargo spillage during transportation, while the advanced air brake system enhances driving safety.

The shipment adopted the combined transportation mode of sea freight and inland transshipment, with all documents including commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of conformity and pre-shipment inspection certificate fully prepared in line with Nigerian customs requirements. Our technical team also provided detailed operation and maintenance manuals to the customer to ensure the trailers can be put into use quickly after clearance. This cooperation will further strengthen the supply capacity of professional bulk transportation equipment in Nigeria’s logistics industry.
